Tom and Jennifer's Handfasting
And here, Tom and I jump the broom with our hands joined together with the red cord. This is a symbol of the first undertaking of the joined couple, who must cooperate and work together as one in order to accomplish it. As a side note, Tom actually made our broom himself and even carved runes into the handle to memorialize the occassion. :-)
