Percy
(October 1999; Generic coloured pencil with inked outlines) I can't actually take credit for creating Percy (except for giving him a name). He was originally a ceramic Unicorn my mother bought for me at a yard sale. The figurine Unicorn is made to look as if it were soft like a stuffed animal, with overstuffed seams and stitches partially visible. I thought he was so adorable that I decided to draw him and make him into a character called Percy. The horn on the figurine is actually dark purple, but I made it irridescent white to brighten it up. Back to Scanned Art |
